ESEM successfully launches the Leadership and Advocacy Skills Development Program in collaboration with IFEM

ESEM family is excited to announce the successful launch of our Leadership and Advocacy Skills Development Program for New and Emerging Leaders, In collaboration with International Federation for Emergency Medicine (IFEM). The first session was held virtual on March, 24th, 2023, and it was a great success!

The session covered several important topics that are essential for developing leadership skills. Beginning by focusing on self-awareness, personality diagnostics, and recognizing and working with differences. Defining leadership, was also discussed, along with developing an authentic, strengths-based leadership style.

We are pleased to announce that the next sessions will cover even more exciting topics, including professional development, developing emotional intelligence, and reducing conflict while encouraging positivity through transactional analysis. We will also provide an introduction to coaching and mentoring, followed by coaching practice using the GROW model.

Our program is designed to provide new and emerging leaders with the skills they need to succeed in their roles. We believe that with the right tools, anyone can become an effective leader and make a positive impact in their organizations and communities.
